Adding New Documents
Creating a VidIn-Expertise Guide
- Choose the right folder based on equipment type
- Use descriptive naming:
equipment-procedure-guide.md- Example:

video-conference-troubleshooting-guide.md
- Example:
- Include key sections:
- Purpose and scope

- Step-by-step procedures
- Visual diagrams (where helpful)
- Common issues and solutions
- Safety notes
- Format in Markdown for easy editing and version control
Adding Manufacturer Documentation
- Place in Manufacturer-Docs folder for the specific equipment
- Keep original filenames when possible (helps with updates)
- Prefix with manufacturer name if not already in filename
- Example:
Boon-Edam-Tourniquet-Installation-Manual.pdf - Example:
Poly-X50-Installation-Guide.pdf
